As an organisation, Stoneleigh and Auriol Residents’ Association:
- Does not keep personal information on members, such as email addresses or full names. Membership is based on a household, so we only store addresses and surnames. Surnames are used to validate membership at events such as the Annual General Meeting (AGM) and to keep track of when households change. This data does not identify any individual.
- Will only ever pass on personal information to any appropriate third parties outside of Stoneleigh and Auriol Residents’ Association at the request of the resident concerned. For example, if there is an issue with an Epsom and Ewell Borough Council service. We will not re-use this personal information for any purpose, other than responding to the original request.
- Will never sell or pass on any information to any other organisation for profit, advertising, recruitment or fund-raising purposes.
- At any of our events, if we request an email address or contact telephone number for any of our competitions, then this is for the sole purpose of contacting the winners. Once notified, this information will never be used for any purpose again.
We hope this sets your minds at ease. We never have or never will abuse the information and therefore the trust you place in us when you give us any personal information.
